Where is your store located?
We operate exclusively as direct manufacturers, crafting our quality goods in the heart of Yorkshire without the need for a physical storefront.

Our decision to forgo a showroom stems from our commitment to offering affordable luxury beds. This strategic choice allows us to significantly reduce our costs, enabling customers to enjoy savings of up to 70% compared to high street brands when they choose to purchase from us.

 

How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days. In some cases, please allow up to 3 weeks. Oliver and Sons collection orders can take up-to 6 weeks to be delivered as it is a third-party brand we stock.



What happens if I am not available at home during the time of delivery?
We'll notify you in advance via email about the scheduled deliveries, allowing you to plan accordingly for the receipt of your order.



Do your products come with a guarantee?
Absolutely! We provide a 1-year guarantee on all our beds and mattresses. If you have any issues or concerns, simply reach out to us at sales@craftedbeds.co.uk, and we'll be happy to assist you.



Do you offer Finance?
Yes! We partner with three providers - Klarna, Duologi, and ClearPay - all of which offer interest-free options. You can also choose to spread the payment over 12 months, depending on your credit approval from these providers.



What are your delivery charges?
We offer free mainland delivery on all our items. If you are located outside the mainland, you can email us at sales@craftedbeds.co.uk to know about our delivery charges.



Will my item be taken to the room of my choice?
We offer doorstep delivery for our goods unless the customer opts for assembly, in which case, the item will be taken to the room of choice. Please be aware that for flats, delivery will be made to the ground floor unless you opt for assembly. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us via email at sales@craftedbeds.co.uk.



Can I delay the delivery of my order?
Absolutely! We totally get that life happens, and you might need to modify your delivery dates—maybe you're setting up your place or settling into a new home. No worries! Just email us after placing your order, and we'll sort out a delivery date that suits you best



Can I specify a preferred delivery date?
While we can't guarantee a specific delivery date, we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule. After placing your order, please contact us by email at sales@craftedbeds.co.uk, and we'll make every effort to arrange a delivery that suits your preferences



How should I decide the colour and fabric for my bed?
Each room has a different decor and aesthetic and we've got a massive array of colors and fabrics to match. With the diverse options available, we're confident you'll discover the perfect fit for your room.

We understand that it can be a bit overwhelming for you to pick and choose from our wide variety, hence we offer 5 free fabric swatches to help you decide.

(Please allow for slight variations in the fabric and colour. We try to stick to one supplier, but occasionally, due to unavailability, we may be forced to source from another supplier.)



Will the bed I purchase look exactly as it is shown in the picture?

Do you take old beds away?
We do not offer bed disposal services at the moment. This may change in the near future.



What if I am not happy with my purchase?
We're all about 100% customer satisfaction. Many of our customers even recommend us to their friends and family. But we understand things might not always go as planned. If you're not thrilled with your purchase, just reach out. We'll do our best to sort things out and make you happy! Your satisfaction is our priority!



Do you offer next day delivery?
We don't do next-day delivery because our luxury beds are special – they're made to order with a lot of care. But we get it – sometimes you need things a bit faster. If that's the case, reach out to us, and our production team will see what they can do to make it happen.
